WHAT COMES IN MY BLING BOX?

Every Bling Box subscription comes with a custom designed piece of jewelry, made for BLING BOX customers only.

All jewelry distributed in BLING BOX is unique to BLING BOX, and cannot be found online or in a store, making your piece special to you! The jewelry you receive in BLING BOX retails for $125-$150, but you get it for $59.99!

WHY DO I ONLY GET ONE PIECE OF JEWELRY?

We think a well curated jewelry collection is developed over time and we prefer quality over quantity.  

BLING BOX provides one or occasionally two pieces of jewelry to ensure the best design and quality for all our customers. The jewelry you receive in your BLING BOX is made with semi-precious stones and metals, delivering the best quality jewelry at a great price.

DO I GET TO KEEP THE JEWELRY FOREVER?

Yes! All jewelry you receive in BLING BOX is yours to keep or share! No hassling with returns or exchanges.

CAN I CANCEL OR PUSH BACK MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, you can cancel or hold your subscription at any time. All cancelations will be processed for the upcoming month. For example, if you cancel your BLING BOX subscription in June, it will be effective in the month of July and you will still receive your BLING BOX for June. IS THERE A FEE TO CANCEL OR HOLD MY SUBSCRIPTION?

No hidden fees here! BLING BOX is a simple, reliable service offering you quality jewelry at an amazing price.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BLING BOX

BLING BOX will be shipped the first week of every month, if the first falls on a weekend, your BLING BOX will be shipped on the following business day.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED FOR BLING BOX?

You will be charged on the first of every month you receive a BLING BOX.

CAN I SEND SOMEONE A BLING BOX SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes! We love gifting here at BLING BOX.  In order to send a BLING BOX as a gift, insert your recipient’s name and address into the shipping address portion of your order form. Click here to send a BLING BOX Gift

I RECEIEVED MY BLING BOX, BUT MY JEWELRY WAS DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

We carefully inspect every piece of jewelry delivered by BLING BOX to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience. Although extremely rare, during the shipping process jewelry can be damaged, but we are happy to help. Send a photo of your damaged jewelry and your name to info@getblingbox.com We will review your issue and send a replacement piece within 1-2 weeks.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY BLING BOX SHIPS?

Yes, you will always receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your BLING BOX every time it ships.
